Exchange Policy

Need to exchange your purchase for another item? No problem!​

  • To request an exchange, please email us at info@bananaleafworld.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and not customized.

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of the same or higher value.

  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the request will be treated as a refund and must comply with the Refund Policy (see below).

  • Exchange items are subject to availability.

  • Return shipping costs and re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Refund Policy

While we hope you love your Banana Leaf products, we understand if something doesn’t work out.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@bananaleafworld.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and not customized.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3–5 working days.
     

Shipping Policy

Banana Leaf is a Dubai-based online store, allowing us to deliver orders as quickly as possible

  • Within the UAE:
    Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Shipping fees may vary depending on location.

  • International Shipping:
    Shipping costs range from AED 45 to AED 150, depending on destination.

  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.
